May 5th - A Rest-FULL Afternoon

An afternoon of restful bliss May 5th from 2-4pm

Join Laura from @sweetfloweringyogaandwellness and I for this dreamy in-person session. 

This experience is a sweet fusion of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki where we tuck you in tenderly for an afternoon of rest. 

You can look forward to very gentle Asana (poses) with guided relaxation throughout, light massage and soothing energy shared together. 

It is a space held for community of beings to gather for deep rest and renewal. 

This practice is accessible and is meant for all bodies. 

Pricing is based on a sliding scale of $35-$50
