Guided 20 Minute Guided Yoga Nidra | Female Voice | Soft and Soothing
Allow this 20 minute Yoga Nidra meditation to guide you into a guided space to create room for creativity to flow. Let the water support every cell from within your being to create a space of abundance for passionate awareness to flow in and through the body.
Allow the breath to carry you into a space of stillness, of awareness as you plant a seed or Sankalpa from the space of the heartβs altar.
A full body scan from head to toe creates space for you to become aware of sensations and tensions in the body, spaces where stagnant energy builds and allows your breath to release. Using the subtle energy of prana and breath to carry the weights of the body and mind out to dissipate into the flow of energy within.
Guided by Breanna, a soothing female voice, allowing you to connect to the inner space of your mind.

This Yoga Nidra session is meant for those looking to connect with their Sacral Chakra. You may be seeking a space to cultivate a sense of creativity, passion, confidence or sense of self. You may be new to practicing Yoga Nidra or you may have been practicing for some time, I welcome you to have a listen to this 20 minute guided experience and let me know how it resonated for you.
Do I need to have yoga props?
No specific yoga props are required. You may wish to find a comfortable space with comforts such as pillows, blankets and something to cover the eyes to allow your awareness to tune inward. This could be a t-shirt or towel. This practice would be best in the morning or mid-day, but could be helpful at any point you need to connect to the root.
Headphones are recommended to tune out external sounds, but that is a personal preference.
